Usually I enjoy grass runs but lately they have not been my thing! I can tell from missing most of last week im out of it. My legs felt super heavy while running. I finally did striders for the first time! I actually kinda liked them :) what i did not enjoy was the immediate feeling of barfing once i stopped. Thats prolly like my number one fear in life. haha anyway on the bright side my legs are feeling tons better! they still hurt a little but not nearly as bad as they did in these past two weeks! |
