Back from spring break! im slightly angry at myself for not attending practice all last week but not really much i can do about it now other than to get my butt to practice everyday and work as hard as i can. 4x1000..i was scared for this workout cause last time i did it i didnt finish and almost had a melt down because of how awful i was doing. BUT my times did improve from last time even though i still wasnt hitting my times. Goal-4:50 Times- 4:53, 5:33, 5:35, 5:30. Im rather impressed that we did all four cause anna really wanted to stop after 2 but i talked her into finishing out the workout with me so that is good :) weights after.
