4x1000! Got bumped up to 87% so goal time was 5:23. Times were 5:20, 5:21, 5:20, 5:15. Felt super good today which was odd cause I haven't ran in a week and felt pretty cruddy all day. I really tried to stay on pace today but for some odd reason my legs went a little faster then supposed to. I think that's a good thing.. I really really enjoy doing 1000. They are by far my favorite workout :) specially cause I can feel myself getting better and better(:
