First kosmin test for me today! Im glad I finally got to do it so my workouts can be more productive. I got 1008. I felt like i could have done better..but of course this is the recovered self talking and not the mid-workout self. Not only did legs felt pretty tight (like they have the past two days) i could feel myself holding back a little because of it. so hopefully after rolling and stretching real well for a few days it will subside.
