4ish miles. Harts warm/cool 2x1000 on track. My trimes were supposed to be 6:30 ..and I don't remember my times..😁 but I know that they were lot faster like round 5:40.  I felt like my pace was strong but not all out. Like a moderate jog.

Trail run! Way fun! I thought heading back would be killer cause the first 1.5 mile was pretty easy and all downhill..but the back half wasn't too bad..and I didn't fall at all so that was good(: I'm feeling great! I'm prolly in the best shape I've been in my whole life. No joke. Runs are still hard but I recover faster and enjoy them more :)

tempo workout. was suposed to be holding 9:50 but we ended up around 10:20. I felt like i could have been going faster but it was just me and anna and she didnt know the route so we stayed together. Weights after
