Did lots better today! I decided to try for 5:30 on my 1000 cause that was sprta kinda my average last week..still haven't taken the kosmin so dunno what my pace really should be. But I went 5:30, 5:38, 5:35, 5:42. The beginning of my last one was really slow but by the end I think I could have pushed harder.  Very thankful for  no school..I decided I like running in the morning way better than the afternoon😁

Trail runs are tricky cause we never really know how far we go cause neither Anna or I own a watch..so it felt about 3 ish. Legs are sooo sore but in a good way I suppose.
