Boy oh boy it feels like I haven't ran in a month or something crazy like that. I would say it feels good to be back run I but today was sorta a kick in the butt. But hopefully It will no take long to get back in the swing of things! 2x1000 times 5:28 and 6:06. I believe that last is my slowest time since like Xc season😳  my mental game was holding me back..so I'll try better next week!!

8x200 hearts warm/cool. Felt tons better than yesterday and I was actually a bit surprised I did the full workout. I didn't think I would because I'm coming back from being gone for almost a month. But felt great! (:

I don't think I like tempos. I have yet to get my time during them.. Legs are feeling sore today so that's always great! Time 10:10 ish miles.
