PANTHER RELAYS

Well did was fun! I started thinking that I wasn't going to do a race cause I didn't think I would find enough girls to run with me..but I did! Distance medley (400), 4x200, 4x800, 4x400. I'm such a good little track athlete (: 

my quads started hurting really bad during warm up with sharp pains shooting up my leg with every step. So that was not enjoyable. Def hurt my racing.

During warm up my legs still hurt real bad so after talking to holt I iced and did upper body weights. Roll and stretched lots!!

Had to watch my brothers all day so I decided to force them to ride their bikes while I ran. It went well until we started on our way back up the hill..by then poor little jake was super exhausted so we had to go pretty slow :/
